My name is Matt Nathanson. I grew up in Tucson and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1997-’98. I was a partner in a successful financial planning practice until 2005, when spinal and nervous system issues became too challenging to stay employed. Since then I have had three spine surgeries (probably 40 procedures total) and seen more doctors than most people do in their lifetime. I’m finally walking upright and still in a period of introspection and questioning my purpose. My soul yearns to learn more all the time and I’ve found my truth in lining up with the things that make me happiest, like officiating weddings! I officiated my first wedding in 2007 and it was just what the doctor ordered! It was an amazing experience and I received lots of compliments. Since then I have gone to the University of Metaphysical Sciences and received a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and been ordained through Wisdom Of The Heart Church. I am happily married since 2004 to the coolest girl I’ve ever met and have two wonderful daughters and a cat. I have found my calling and I promise that all my energy will go into your ceremony. My name is Kyle Allen.  I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent most of my youth playing soccer and eating locally famous green chile.  I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and a minor in Language Arts.  After college I packed up my life and moved out to Phoenix to begin my teaching career.  I’ve now been teaching and coaching soccer since 2002 and absolutely love it.  I currently teach 4th grade.  Watching my students light up with excitement and desire to learn is truly rewarding.  Seeing them shine is why I do it.  Teaching led me to weddings.  A fellow teacher, who’s also a wedding photographer introduced me to Matt Nathanson and I began officiating weddings in 2015.  It has become another source of joy for me.  Seeing a couple beam with love and excitement while sharing their happiness with family and friends, is simply amazing.  I walk away from wedding ceremonies feeling truly inspired.  I get to play a crucial role in a day that will stand out in each couple’s lives forever.  I’m able to share their stories and special moments with their guests, maybe crack a couple jokes, and watch them take their first step into their future together.  What’s better than that?!
